Author of The Continuity Cycle.

A. J. Malan trained as an aeronautical engineer before serving for over a decade in the British Army’s combat arms, progressing from soldier to NCO and including operational deployments overseas. He later moved into frontline public service.

His fiction draws on an interest in engineering, military life and the ways people behave when technology changes faster than the institutions built around it. He is the author of The Continuity Cycle, beginning with Return Incomplete and What Remains.

When not writing, he is generally happiest in the company of cats, dogs and unnecessarily complicated machinery.
